Jonathan (Jack) McGrath has over 30 years of remodeling experience in the construction industry. Known for his creative design ideas, working within the client's budget, hands-on supervision, incredible attention to detail, along with the experience and ability to overcome any remodeling challenge. He constantly thinks "outside the box" and has created systems that truly set his company apart from the competiton along with providing superior customer service.
Born and educated in Boston, Jonathan "Jack" McGrath brings a tremendous amount of building and design knowledge to the Central Florida area Before his relocation to Florida in 1979, he gained valuable building knowledge while in New England through renovation experiences, as these projects far outnumbered new construction within this region. In 1984, after working for two Florida based construction companies, Jack went into 
business on his own.
Jack is active within the building community through the Home Builders Association, Remodelers Council and the Remodelers 20 Group. He is a State Certified Building Contractor and has earned several designations including Certified Remodeling Graduate, Certified Aging In Place Specialist and Certified Green Professional. He also hosted a radio show titled "Ask The Experts - Dream Renovations".
Over the years, Jack has worked hard to earn his status as an industry leader within Central Florida and is proud to have his company recognized as one of the nation’s "Big 50" remodeling companies by Remodeling Magazine. He has won numerous local and national awards, which include the 2006 and 2008 Parade of Homes - Remodeler's Showcase Grand Award, several first place MAME awards, the Remodelers Choice Award and a National Chrysalis Award.
Jack is an FAA certified instrument rated pilot and spent almost three years building his own airplane. Also an avid boater, he loves to spend time satisfying his love of both land and sea with his family.
